It’s been awhile since I’ve said that… too long, actually.

First of all, I have to thank you once again. Thank you so much for being here, reading these words and for listening to my podcast. You’ve all been so lovely—the messages and comments on facebook and instagram—to even meeting one of you on my recent trip to Finland. I’m overwhelmed with the great response I’ve had to the first season, and I can’t wait to be back…

I hinted that I’d be back with season 2 in January, and we’re only days away from February. In fact, this is the last Thursday of the month. Unfortunately, all I can offer at this time are blog posts, which will begin next week. My responsibilities outside of this podcast have stacked up higher than I anticipated, and there’s just no time to produce new episodes the way I want. I need more time to do all the research you’ve grown to expect from me after season 1.

However, there’s a way you can help! I’ve just launched a Patreon account for Gilmore Girls Soundtrack, so now you can support me through monthly contributions. I plan to keep researching and writing new episodes for season 2. When I reach my first goal of 30 patrons, I’ll launch season 2 with new episodes every Thursday. I hope to reach this goal on or before May 4, 2017.

Patreon is a great service, and a great way for me to be able to reach my goal of having an episode of the podcast for every episode of Gilmore Girls, including the new Gilmore Girls, a Year in the Life…
